Education Specialist & Facilitator of Healing Experiences
I am a naturally creative being who is passionate about facilitating experiences that help others feel more connected to this earth and themselves. I'm currently an Education Specialist for the National Museum of African American History & Culture and am finding new opportunities to lead groups in Meditation.
I am also an Outdoor Leader with Outdoor Afro, which is all about inspiring and celebrating black connections and leadership in nature.
What elevates my professional practice is being a Certified Life Coach through the Jay Shetty Certification School and previous experience as an athletic coach.
My multi-passionate lifestyle takes me all over the world observing different ways of being and remembering how precious the present moment is. It feels as though all of my experiences whether at work or in life is leading me and preparing me for my next move and I wouldn't have it any other way.
